Cloth,
considered.
Six decades of weaving, dyeing and finishing for the world’s most exacting ateliers. Chiffon, organza, raw silk and viscose — sourced, refined and shipped from Pakistan to the bench of the maker.
A house built on the bolt — not the season.
Founded by Shaukat Ali in 1968, Nadeem Silko has been a quiet authority in the Pakistani textile trade for three generations. We weave for bridal houses in Karachi and Lahore, for master tailors in Islamabad and Peshawar, and for boutique retailers across the country.
We are not a label. We are the bolt of cloth from which labels are cut. Every metre that leaves our warehouse has been inspected against natural light, hand-folded by a single finisher, and accompanied by a swatch card bearing its weave count, dye lot and provenance.

Each fabric is offered in plain, jacquard, embroidered and printed variants — and in custom dye-to-order across the Pantone TCX library. Click through for weave specs, GSM ranges and trade pricing.
The handloom survives here, because we still pay it to.
Our cloth is woven across a network of family-held looms in Faisalabad and along the Karachi coast — the same workshops we have partnered with for over forty years.
Power looms for volume, handlooms for nuance. We will never blend a fibre, falsify a count, or fold a flaw away. Every bolt arrives with a hand-signed inspection card.
GOTS-certified mulberry. Reactive, low-impact dye houses. Zero child labour, audited annually by a third party. We will gladly share our chain-of-custody on request.
“Nadeem’s bolts arrive the way bolts usedto arrive — folded by hand, tagged by name, and luminous in the daylight.”
